The fact that the Critics rating is higher than the Users does not surprise me, A lot of people will go to this movie expecting something very different. I did. But what I got was as good or better than expected. A very powerful story about war, love, commitment, true friendship, and reality. In my opinion Renee Zwelleger steals the show to some extent. Her character is totally likeable. Rated 18A, probably for violence and sexuality, neither is overly graphic, and in some ways necessary to the story's realism. If you go to see it, it will start slow, and you'll kind of wonder - where is this going. But hang in there, because as the movie progresses it draws you in and everything becomes clear. It gets our recommendation and should be seen on the big screen for effect.
