Centered on the feud between England and France over Canada, the plot involves an ill-fated love that develops between a fur-trapper (David La Haye) and a young widow (Noemie Godin-Vigneau), making for a tale that is tense, absorbing, and heartbreaking.</FONT><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" > </FONT></div> <div> <B>Ratings: Critics      Users  C+</B></div> </tD> </tR> </TABLE></div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
