First of all the title doesn't mean anything, or at least I couldn't make the association. This is a run of the mill who dunnit and although all the performances of the main actors are compelling, there is nothing really new in this 'let's track down the killer' thriller. The way the movie is set, we know early who the two perpetrators are but one thing the movie does well is mask who the real killer is right until the end. Again there's a couple of scenes where we say to ourselves, real cops wouldn't do that. I guess the moral lesson is that we have to deal with our past ghosts, and in the end Sandra Bullock's character points out to the guilty party that one has to face up to the things that we are responsible for, even if we're sorry and have had a change of heart. Too bad our courts don't always apply that principle. It was fun to watch and I would give it a rental recommendation, if you have nothing better.
