If your are looking for realism - if you are looking for deep meaning, forget this picture. This is a Bond flick so you know it will have neither. But it is good action movie as Bond movies go. There is a distinct flashback to Doctor No, the first Bond film, where Halle Bery comes walking out of the water in a bikini very much like Ursala Andress I think Pierce Brosnan plays a good Bond. Next to Sean Connery he is my favourite. Halle Berry is also good in her role as a counter agent. I guess I agree with some other critics it's becoming too much about the gadgets and explosions. And some of the scenes really stretch you for credibility. But hey - go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed. The movie is filled with sexual innuendos, but then in discussions at my work we have talked about how much of the English language now has sexual double meanings, and how hard it is to carry on a conversation without slipping up, if the crowd is so inclined. There are a couple of bedroom scenes, but that's also expected in a Bond flick. But to their credit, no nudity and no harsh profanity. Worth seeing on the big screen.
