This is not ,as Superstation likes to say, a movie for guys who like movies. This is a movie for girls, but guys should watch it too. It's a movie about abuse and recociliation. It has its funny moments as well as its hard moments. Ashley Judd, who I believe has replaced Ann-Margret as my current favourite actress, is as excellent in her role as ever. But aside from that the movie lacks depth and we are never really drawn in by the stroy. It's a good enough rental, but hte guys may be tough to convince.
